‘The Flash’ to Screen for the First Time at CinemaCon 2023 (EXCLUSIVE)

we're going to talk about some exciting news for all DC fans out there! According to sources, "The Flash" is set to make its grand appearance at the CinemaCon 2023, which is the annual convention of movie theater owners in April. Warner Bros. Pictures will screen the superhero blockbuster at the event, and this news has left fans buzzing with excitement.

This is a significant development for the project, which has been marred by controversy due to issues surrounding the film's star, Ezra Miller. Despite this, Warner Bros. is showing passionate support for the film, and this screening at CinemaCon is just one example of that. This will be the first full screening of "The Flash," which is set to hit theaters on June 16th.

CinemaCon is a major event that takes place in Las Vegas from April 24th through April 27th. Studios usually bring sizzle reels, first-look trailers, and celebrities to get exhibitors excited about the movies they'll be screening in the coming year. Showing a completed film usually goes over big with the crowd, full of cineplex honchos and theater managers looking to rub shoulders with Hollywood insiders.

Last year, Paramount Pictures devoted its presentation to the first full showing of Tom Cruise's blockbuster sequel "Top Gun: Maverick," which played like gangbusters to the room of cinema owners before becoming a box office sensation. It's safe to say that Warner Bros. is looking to do the same with "The Flash."
Warner Bros. is expected to bring a formal presentation to the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where they'll tease their upcoming film slate before the screening of "The Flash" later in the day on April 25th. The studio has not yet responded to Variety's request for comment.

Despite the controversy surrounding Ezra Miller, "The Flash" has the full support of new studio leaders James Gunn and Peter Safran. In fact, Gunn recently referred to the film as "one of the greatest superhero movies ever made," noting Miller's path forward as the Scarlet Speedster would be based entirely on their recovery from ongoing emotional issues.

Miller has had a troubled past, with legal issues and assault and abuse allegations. However, Miller has addressed ongoing concerns about their behavior and has committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in their life.

That's all the news we have for you today! Are you excited to see "The Flash" at CinemaCon 2023?
